Pricing Inclusions
Below are the descriptions of all the pricing inclusions for the different AIUC Global licensing tiers.

Public Licensee Register
The AIUC Global Public Register serves two purposes.
Firstly, it recognises and celebrates the organisations that are supporting the vision of people and technical agents being able to discern the integrity and originality of the artifact, content or products that they are engaging with. This recognition is provided for all licensees regardless of licensing tier.
It also allows third parties (e.g. consumers, procurement officers and auditors) to validate if an organisation is genuinely licensed to use the AI Usage Classifications in alignment with the AIUC Global Code of Practice, which is only available to AIUC Registered and AIUC Certified licensees. It protects those third parties, especially consumers, from unauthorised or misleading claims of compliance, ensuring that the integrity of the standard is maintained.
This is further reinforced by the publication of the declaration details, enabling third parties to verify that the originator has formally declared the accuracy of the applied AI Usage Classification.

AIUC Global Licensee Badges
As part of all license tiers, licensees are allowed to use the trademarked license labels and associated badges associated with their registration in their own internal and external communications.

AI Usage Classification Badges
As part of the AIUC Registered and AIUC Certified license tiers, licensees are allowed to make use of the classification language and badges to classify any artifacts, content or products that the create, generate, design or develop.

AI Usage Classification Declarations
AI Usage Classification Decleration is used when creators need to make a legal declaration that the classification used is true and reflective of the process taken to generate, create, design or develop the product, artifact or content. This declaration will be held in the AIUC Global public register and can be checked by consumers of the item.
The need for the legal declaration may be self-initiated, where an individual or an organisation wishes to support the credibility of the classification, or by external regulators or consumers such as government agencies, which may require a declaration to accompany any requests to accept final versions of deliverables prior to milestone payment.
A specified number of declarations is made available per licensing tier, with additional declarations available for purchases in bundles as per the pricing below:

AI Usage Policy and Procedure
To support the overall AI governance process for an organisation, as part of the AIUC Registered and AIUC Certified license tiers, licensees will receive a draft copy of:

AI Usage Classification section to add to your existing AI Usage Policy describing the overall governance intention and
-
AI Usage Classification procedure providing guidance on how to classify content, artifacts, and products.
This will set the transparency and accountability expectations for company representatives including staff, contractors, consultants and third parties engaged by the organisation.

Online Training
As part of the AIUC Registered and AIUC Certified license tiers, licensees will receive access to online training modules that provide additional guidance and examples for the consistent usage of the AI Usage Classifications. This training should be viewed by all creators, designers, generators and developers of artefacts, content, and products, to ensure that consumers/users are able to discern the integrity and originality of the output that they are engaging with.

Instructor-Led Training
As part of the AIUC Certified license tier, in additional to the generic online training modules, certified users will also receive a 2hr training session, with corporate branded materials and examples that are made relevant to the organisational context.

AIUC Alignment Assessment
These assessments are undertaken by an authorised auditor as per the Compliance Audits section in the Code of Practice. The auditor will independently determine the compliance of the licensee with the rules and conditions specific in the AI Usage Classification Code of Practice and further illustrate the organisation’s commitment to consistent classification and transparent AI usage to their customers and the market.
