Pricing Inclusions
Below are the descriptions of all the pricing inclusions for the different AIUC Global licensing tiers.
1
Public Licensee Register
The AIUC Global Public Register serves two purposes.
Firstly, it recognises and celebrates the organisations that are supporting the vision of people and technical agents being able to discern the integrity and originality of the artifact, content or products that they are engaging with. This recognition is provided to the professional and corporate licenses.
It also allows third parties (e.g. consumers, procurement officers and auditors) to validate if an organisation is genuinely licensed to use the AI Usage Classifications externally. It protects those third parties, especially consumers, from unauthorised or misleading claims of compliance, ensuring that the integrity of the Code of Practice is maintained.
This is further reinforced by the publication of individual artifact classifications (either through one-off purchases or based on user selection in AIUC Navigator Pro), enabling third parties to verify that the originator has formally declared the accuracy of the applied AI Usage Classification.
2
AI Usage Classification Badge Collections
Starter Collection:
As part of all options, licensees will receive access to the AI Usage Classification Starter Badge Collection, providing the ability to classify their content or artifacts with a variety of formats displayed below:
Advanced Set:
In addition to the Starter Badges above, the advanced collection also includes the following formats:
-
Transparent badges – A format that may be more appropriate for use on darker backgrounds
-
Uncontrolled badges - For use when an editable version of the content e.g. a document is released to an external unlicensed party, and the future accuracy of the badge cannot be controlled by the licensee
-
Summary badges – For use when the classification of a minor subset of the content presented does not match the overall content. In this scenario the relevant badge should be used to flag the areas where the summary classification does not apply. If the classification of the minor content is not known, this should be captioned or included as a footnote.
Please note that as the classifications evolve, the list of advanced options is likely to increase. All changes will be released through the AIUC Navigator Pro so that licensed end users have access to the new versions as they become available.

3
Draft Change Management Plan
It is essential that the cultural shift required to achieve AI Usage transparency is addressed during the implementation of the AI Usage Classification™. Recognising that this process is considerably more complex for larger organisations, the Corporate Licensing Tier includes a draft Change Management Plan comprising a series of lean change canvases that outline the key drivers, impacts, and activities. This plan can be tailored and completed by internal change management teams to reflect the organisation’s specific operational context before executing the agreed actions.
Alternatively, if you would like support in the implementation of the AI Usage Classification™, please contact us.
4
AIUC Navigator
AIUC Navigator is a tool that guides users on the selection of the appropriate classifications and allows easy access to the desired badge. There are two versions of the AIUC Navigator:
-
AIUC Navigator Starter – Based on the answers to a few questions, this tool guides users to the selection of the appropriate classification and badge format form the AI Usage Classification Starter Badge collection. Please note that the Starter version does not keep an audit trail of the information that has been entered to support the classification decision.
-
AIUC Navigator Pro – Similarly to the starter version, users are guided in the selection of the appropriate classification and the badge format from the Advanced badge collection. The users’ email, and all answers to the questions in the navigator are retained in a register for auditing purposes. This can be provided to the licensee upon request.
5
AI Usage Policy and Procedure
To support the overall AI governance process for an organisation, as part of the AIUC Registered and AIUC Certified license tiers, licensees will receive a draft copy of:
-
AI Usage Classification section to add to your existing AI Usage Policy describing the overall governance intention and
-
AI Usage Classification procedure providing guidance on how to classify content, artifacts, and products.
This will set the transparency and accountability expectations for company representatives including staff, contractors, consultants and third parties engaged by the organisation.
