The AIUC Navigator is an online platform that helps registered users identify and access the correct AI Usage Classification badges whilst keeping an auditable record of the associated decision making. It also provides access to the AIUC Global Public Licensee Register, allowing verification of classifications and demonstrating compliance with the AIUC Code of Practice.

How to Access the AIUC Navigator

To begin using the AIUC Navigator, please select one of the two access options: Pro or Starter.

If this is your first time using the Navigator, you will need to complete a quick sign-up process:

  1. Enter the email address you registered with.

  2. Set a new password to create your Navigator login.

  3. The system will then automatically verify your email and assign the appropriate level of access:

    • If you hold an active license subscription, your account will be granted licensee access according to your subscription.

    • If you do not have an active license, you will be registered as a Community User and given access to the AIUC Public Register.

Once registered, you can log in directly with your credentials for future visits.

AIUC Navigator Starter

Based on the answers to a few questions, this tool guides users to the selection of the appropriate classification and badge format form the AI Usage Classification Starter Badge collection. Please note that the Starter version does not keep an audit trail of the information that has been entered to support the classification decision.

AIUC Navigator Pro

Similarly to the starter version, users are guided in the selection of the appropriate classification and the badge format from the Advanced badge collection. The users’ email, and all answers to the questions in the navigator are retained in a register for auditing purposes. This can be provided to the licensee upon request.
