Our Journey
AIUC Global started by defining a simple and intuitive way for people to understand the role of AI in what they are engaging with.
We began with a focus on promoting responsible procurement practices and ensuring every client engagement delivered value-for-money outcomes. But as we delved beyond responsible procurement practices, we recognised that AI usage transparency is a cornerstone of trust and accountability in every sector. Whether it’s supporting organisations to make effective decisions, safeguarding brand integrity, or managing collective risk, understanding how AI is used and how human input shapes outcomes is essential.

Equally important is recognising the contributions of individuals. In a landscape where many assume AI can replace human effort, it is critical that every participant’s input is visible, valued, and acknowledged. This is particularly vital in the arts sector, where authenticity and authorship are closely linked to both market value and investment potential.
Our approach goes beyond process. It is about building trust and protecting people’s rights while fostering genuine collaboration between humans and AI. By encouraging nuanced conversations to set clear expectations and declare AI usage, internal and external engagements become not only efficient and ethical but also meaningful, sustainable, and respectful of the human effort that underpins success.

Dunja Lewis
Chief Innovation Officer
Haim operates in complex and often ambiguous domains, turning emerging concepts into practical structures that organisations can actually use. His focus is on bringing clarity to areas that lack established frameworks, translating them into structured, usable, and grounded approaches.
He has spent much of his career across program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and initiative design, often in environments where there is no clear playbook. Leading teams while working with partners and clients, he focuses on identifying challenges, removing blockers, and shaping delivery structures that support progress, particularly for organisations balancing innovation, risk, and accountability.
As CEO of AIUC Global, Haim overseas the organisation’s strategic direction, commercial model, and operational execution. He is responsible for global positioning, partnership development, and adoption strategy, with a focus on establishing AI Usage Classifications as a recognised standard for AI transparency and disclosure. His work centres on building a scalable organisation and driving meaningful uptake of AIUC across sectors.
Dunja thrives in complex, intellectually rigorous environments, bringing nearly 20 years’ experience across multiple industries, including program and project delivery, management consulting across both large-scale technology implementations and corporate improvement projects.
Having held numerous “fixer” roles on at-risk technology initiatives, she has honed her expertise in implementing value-driven delivery methodologies, tailored governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide operating models that enable organisations to execute with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
At AIUC Global, Dunja focuses on advancing AI governance as a strategic capability rather than a compliance exercise. She ensures that the AI Usage Classifications embed practical engagement mechanisms, strengthen organisational clarity around AI usage and enhance risk management discussions, and she works to build AI literacy in workplaces and social settings. She has also recently been named as a member of the ACS (Australian Computer Society) AI in Society Committee and is a certified ICF ACC coach.
